Here's a thought some won't like.

Remember the days when little boys and some little girls played Cops & Robbers, or Cowboys & Indians. Those games as harmless as they were, were centered around violence, but at the same time the children who played got lots of exercise running, hiding, and trying to find each other. Now a days our children get to play video games to keep them busy and exercise doesn't even enter the picture. Another thing they don't have to do is use their imagination.

WoW! World of Warcraft? I'm not even going to go there. Just from the graphics alone I know it's not for me. No imagination required, or exercise!

WOW Wii! I've heard that Nintendo's Wii systems are being used in senior's homes. Apparently young and old are liking Wii. I still don't see the use of one's imagination, they give you that part, but apparently for some of the games you do get some exercise. I watched my bother-in-law playing a tennis game on a Wii system and he almost broke out in a sweat. It looks like maybe, just maybe Nintendo Wii is on the right track.

I personal know a lot of people who play both WoW and Wii and they all seem to be normal. Of course I'm basing normal in comparison to myself and I know people who beg to differ on that. I guess I'm just what's called old school. I prefer to be in the great out of doors seeing new things and daydreaming about what my latest great find can be used for. Every invention starts with a daydream! If you don't believe that, where do you think WoW and Wii came from?
